Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

AHAR reserves the right to refuse/cancel any payment. AHAR at its sole discretion may cancel any payment(s):

  1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a member has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
  3. For any reason outside the control of AHAR.

Refund/Cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

  1. In case the member cancels before the confirmation of the membership, the entire amount will be refunded in 10 working days.
  2. In case of double realization or transaction, the excess amount will be refunded in compliance with the rules.
  3. In case of cancelled/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the member, if any, is likely to be forfeited.
  4. AHAR offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the members card/account.
