Refund and Cancellation Policy
AHAR reserves the right to refuse/cancel any payment. AHAR at its sole discretion may cancel any payment(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a member has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
- For any reason outside the control of AHAR.
Refund/Cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
- In case the member cancels before the confirmation of the membership, the entire amount will be refunded in 10 working days.
- In case of double realization or transaction, the excess amount will be refunded in compliance with the rules.
- In case of cancelled/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the member, if any, is likely to be forfeited.
- AHAR offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the members card/account.
