PhD. (Tech.) in Food Technology from Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) (Formerly UDCT- University of Mumbai) with extensive research experience in preservation of Fruits and Vegetables and post harvest management. She has carried out research at Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT) Matunga, Technical University of Munich, Germany and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai.
