Dr Rashmi Kolhe

PhD. (Tech.) in Food Technology from Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) (Formerly UDCT- University of Mumbai) with extensive research experience in preservation of Fruits and Vegetables and post harvest management. She has carried out research at Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT) Matunga, Technical University of Munich, Germany and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai.

She is working as a Technical expert in area of food processing, Food Laws and regulations, developing technologies for prevention of post harvest losses of horticultural produce.She is also a visiting faculty in Department of Food Engineering and Technology at Institute of chemical technology, Matunga, PV Polytechnic Juhu.Read More
